  • In line with EDit we have an internal recruitment capability, with the largest ex-Defence jobs board in Australia specifically to place ex-Defence members into new careers in the private and public sectors.

Qualified Professionals

  • Our Career Coaches are qualified and certified Career Development Practitioners.
  • We are Career Development Association of Australia Corporate members and have two staff who are CDAA Professional members (Degree or higher in Career Development)

EDit Group

  • Major partner in the EDit Group.  The EDit Group is self-funded through the sales of 3 Elements Coffee, RTO commissions Transition Training revenue and returned Industry recruitment fees.  The funds then assist Defence members with transition training and any required industry training to make them 'Commercial Ready'.

Funded by RSL

  • The quality of our services are recognised by the RSL and they fund our services to members who don’t have access to CTAS.
