EDit (Ex-Defence integration team) Program

  • Background - EDit is a self-funded governing steering committee to oversee the quality of transition, training and recruitment services for ex-military members, to provide the highest calibre end to end transition service in Australia. This is achieved through a consortium of like-minded outplacement specialists, RTO’s (Registered Training Organisations) and job placement agencies, working together to provide sustainable employment opportunities for ex-military personnel in the commercial workplace.
  • Funded Training - EDit funds are received through the sales of 3 Elements Coffee, RTO commissions, Transition Training revenue and returned industry recruitment fees.  The funds assist individuals with transition training and any required industry training to make them 'Commercial Ready'.
  • This program provides Military to Commercial transition awareness, plus industry training for exiting Defence members.  It also provides Commercial to Military training for companies to smoothly integrate individuals with a military background into a non-Defence work team.
  • Individuals can apply to receive EDit funded transition and industry training through calling 1300 00 edit (3348), completing the form below, or clicking the EDit icon to the right.
