A 6 month contract role seeking candidates for a Business Support role to the Program Management Office (PMO) within Army Headquarters in Russell Offices.

Duties include:

  • Action Invoice payments;
  • Process Purchase Order requests;
  • Provide Records management including Objective file management;
  • Stakeholder Engagement;
  • Support PMO client support requests for emails, printing and scanning;
  • Organising conference rooms and calendar invites in support of PMO and client activities;
  • Provide process advice to PMO clients as required;
  • Ensure PMO client projects are supported in a timely manner;
  • Ensure compliance and best practice is adhered to; and
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Baseline Clearance required.  Note we may consider candidates who do not hold a current clearance, but are willing to go through the clearance process.
