A 12 month contract from July 2019.

This role is within the CASG Program Management Branch (Program Management Function) working on the development of policies, practices and processes to meet the intent of the First Principles Review. This role is part of a small team focused on delivering process improvement for the Project Management discipline.

Experience/Skills Sought:

  • An understanding of CASG project management policy, practice and process (mandatory)
  • Contacts and experience in stakeholder engagement within the CASG Functions and domains and ability to consolidate input from stakeholders into draft policy, process or practice
  • The ability to work in a combined contractor/Commonwealth team;
  • Documentation skills, in particular to track stakeholder engagements, collate inputs and plan change actions.
  • Attention to detail to carry a draft document from draft through to being publication-ready.
  • Recent experience in project management within CASG in the pre-gate zero, and pre-gate 2 space will be highly relevant
  • Project Management policy, practice and process in CASG environment (essential)
  • Public policy development experience (Desirable)
  • Must hold a Baseline Security Clearance or higher to be considered.
