Trans-Civ selected to assist Army in providing enhanced Career Transition services to exiting soldiers

Over the past six months, we have been heavily involved with Army in developing enhanced transition services to better suit the needs of exiting Defence members and their families.  Recently we attended an awesome day in Canberra with Army's Soldiers Wounded, Injured and Ill Program trial, where we heard wonderfully supportive words spoken by the Director General.

We've waited 11 years in supporting members transition out of Defence to hear such depth of understanding from the senior Defence ranks. Let's hope that support filters all the way down to the individual discharging.

This support includes early engagement at a number of levels, targeted tailored assistance with written applications and interview techniques, engagement with several networks, contract negotiations and on-going support for both the member and spouse.  We look forward to assisting Army over the next eight months during this trial.
